Why $499 — and not free?
Because the audit is real work. Four to six hours of senior-consultant time + Claude Opus 4.7 inference + a written deliverable that's yours to share. We've found that anything 'free' on the consultancy side gets read once and filed; $499 produces decisions. It also self-selects firms who actually want to move — which is everyone we want to work with.
What if the audit is wrong about my workflow?
Reply to the delivered PDF and tell us where it's wrong. We'll either rework it (free) or refund the $499 — your call. We've never had to refund. The offer is real.
Can the audit replace a discovery call?
Yes — for many firms it does. The audit is more rigorous than a 30-min call and you get something to show the partners. Most clients use the audit instead of a discovery call, then book the free 30-min decision call once they've read it.
What happens if we want to proceed to a free build?
Easy path. The audit pre-qualifies you for Tier 3 (free build). On the free decision call we agree on which next step to build first, scope it together, and start. You don't pay anything more until the agent works for your firm — same model as if you'd come in via the discovery call.
Is this just a sales document?
No. The audit lands one of three verdicts on every workflow: 'high feasibility, build now', 'medium feasibility, fix these inputs first', or 'low feasibility, don't build this — here's what to fix instead'. About 20% of audits return verdict three. We'd rather lose a build than mislead a firm.
What data do you need from us?
Just the description of the workflow you submit on the form. The audit operates on the workflow shape — we don't need actual claim files, contracts, or patient records to do the A/A/A scoring. If we need clarification we'll email and ask.
